Casey is a small-business professional with a background in management and client service. She has supervised numerous rental properties, ranging from multi-unit buildings to town homes. She serves her clients with pride and commitment. Her personal attention to detail ensures that the client experience is first rate.

With over 20 years experience working alongside other business owners, as well as owning her own businesses, she understands the importance of delivering on what is promised. She leads with integrity, and expects the best for the client. She does not take the responsibility of customer relations lightly and will serve in the highest capacity.

After receiving inquiries from past home inspection clients for local home watch services, Key to Shining Key was born. Brad and Casey are excited to offer their clients a dependable service that is local, trustworthy, and professional.

Brad

Licensed Home Inspector

Brad is a licensed home inspector, as well as the owner of one of the #1 home inspection company franchises in North America. He assists clients in making the best educated property investment decisions. He comes highly rated for his professionalism and communication skills.

He worked in the medical field after receiving his Masters degree, but his heart was always in the construction field. What started with learning from a highly sought after stucco and remodeling engineer, lead him to framing homes and on to owning his own repair company. With that under his belt, he was able to launch his home inspection company with a strong knowledge base. He has a passion for this field and a natural talent for educating people on their homes.

Brad and Casey have been married 20 years. They have worked together on numerous business endeavors and are confident in offering their community a valuable service.
